i need to puy muffler and for my 05 accent there is no half circle for muffler i would like to cut soem of bottom side like half circle is this some thing i can do it with hand saw? or take it to the shop??

I would just draw out what you want cut with a sharpie. Then take some tin snips and cut the bulk out.

Personally I would just do it all with the tin snips if you have decent hand eye coordination. Otherwise, chop it out so you see your drawing marks... Then take some sand paper and maybe a round file to make it smooth looking. Shouldn't be a terribly difficult job. Cut it short and you can always cut a little more to make it look dece.

X2. then you can just take a dremel and sand the edges a bit to make them perfect. princess auto has them on sale for like 20$ right now.
