Can anyone recommend a good brand of vitamins?

i don't think you have to be too picky here just find a cheap mutivitamin? i'm sure they lack some of the vitamins and minerals but they're meant to be a supplement to your food not a replacement so just as long as you vary your veggies each day i think you should be just fine with a cheap multi. that's how i've always done it anyway. when i'm out i just look for whatever is on sale. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

i take my multi in the morning just before breakfast. b complex and c just before lunch. and another c right after training. the c's i use are the 500mg ones... not the 1000mg.
