Were you guys side by side when you went through the trap? If so you can fight it and say it wasn't you speeding, they have no way to prove it.

from what i know, they simply throw out photos with 2 cars side by side. I guess they don't really have a way for discerning the two.
This goes for both photo radar and red light cameras. Seeing as how i've experienced these two situations first hand and have heard many accounts of the same situations and same outcomes. |
