Man, I was feeling this yesterday already, but today it's really bad. I tried sipping on some hot tea as someone suggested. I'm on the throat candies right now, like halls etc, they taste good, but is it really good for my throat Thanks

vitamins and lots of water chris. the throat candies aren't too great... i think i remember them being counter productive actually. temp relief but it tends to dry it out. kinda like drinking some juices when you're thirsty. but then again... it's only thirst and in your case a sore throat. if the candies are making you feel better then go for it... you won't die. lol. just don't spread it over this way! hahaha.

I've been trying to drink lots of water, also went out for some nice hot soup, I wonder if that works.
I remember someone mentioning that drinking hot fluids helps cuz it kills the bacteria in your throat, wonder if that's true?

I just drink a glass of water and work out for a half an hour...
