After sitting on the fence for a few days on whether I should get winter tires, I finally decide to get them yesterday.
I called at 2:00 PM, asking when I could get in (expecting a few days to a week) he said bring it in now!!!
I told him I had to pick up the tires first, so about 3:30.
He said he couldn't do it after 3.
I jump in the truck at 2:15, fly down & pick up the tires.
I get to OK at 2:55, drop off the tires. Drive back to work to pick up my car (literally a 2 min drive) at work, drive back & get to the shop at 3.
At 4:05 he calls me, the car is ready to go.
Mounting in Balancing in 1 HR, on 45 minutes notice!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that is GREAT SERVICE!!!! |
