fat burger review - Click HERE for Original Thread

arabian_ryda
ok so after seeing people talk about this place i had to try it out just to make sure and well i didnt expect it to be as good as it is. nothing really special about there burgers me and a bunch of buddies thought burgerking was better and had more taste.

for the basic 1/3 burger it was almost six buck and the combo was almost 12 bucks which i think is a rip for something that dosnt taste much different then the rest.

Invalid Zero
$12 for a freaking combo???

fugumerkur
yeah, I tried it just before christmas.

I don't think that chain will expand.

The hamburger IMO was better than burgerking though,

I kinda felt bad for all the people working there having to yell FATBURGER WITH SKINNY FRIES all day though.

Not enough hot chicks working there.

The lemonade (aside from ice tea, Whole no pop for one year thing) was so sweet I had to give my head a shake to see straight.

I would go again, but not soon.!~

CharLiee
Burgers do taste just like bks..but the only upside to fat burger is that the burgers re cooked when you order it and not sitting in a tray

SilverNeonRacer
I saw some people in BestBuy the otherday with fat burger cups, I was think wtf? Wondering if another FnF movie was coming out..

Vince: Try Fatburger from now on. Get yourself a Double Cheese with fries for $2.95, faggot.
Spilner: I like the tuna here.
Vince: Bullshit. No one likes the tuna here.
Spilner: Yeah, well, I do.

Sorry couldn't resist..

I'm still waiting for the day when the best burgers in the world come to Canada. I'm going to be waiting a long time, though, because they don't as yet have any plans at all to come to Canada.

In & Out Burgers.

onestepback
Has anyone tried the little cheeseburgers from White Castle? After watching Harold and Kumar, I really want to try them.

Greeeezzzy. I don't like them, but I had to try them.

Fatburger in the US is good. Sonic is the BEST (but they take forever). But I personally like Carls Jr./Hardees (same thing, depends on which side of the US you are on..) In&Out is good enough.

Americans know their burgers.

shawley
me 95integra raceready68 and chargerguy all went there one day, and were just like what the fuck

$12 for a fucking combo that you would fine on the Mc Value menu at mc dicks,

the fries wee small, and the burger wasn't worth that much

should be more like $4.99 for the combo

but they did have beer there hahaha

euro_fcuk
Fat Burger in L.A. IS THE BOMB they have a turkey burger but thats dry. The rest is

iLLlegal

go try taco del mar right off 23rd ave in riverbend, it's beside the sobeys.
best fast food ever, the mondo burrito there is unbelievable.
it's decently priced too, just around the same price as other fast food places for a big meal

THUD
There use to be that pink bus up fort road long ago that had a burger the size of a dinner plate for $12bux dam thing was like a pizza you could share a wedge with a few ppl and still not easly finish it.

little_one_der
Yeah, it would be nice to get an In & Out.
In cali there's a group called the "KINOD" club.

K=KrispyKreme
INO=In 'n' Out
D=Drive

It's chillaxin.' Just a lot of hardparking, but it's all good.

colossus
The place with the double decker bus and plate sized burger is called "Motoraunt" they're on Ft Road across from the old Gainers.

colossus
Burger Baron burgers :smack: taste terrible, like the cheapest meat you can find in a frozen food isle. Then again Burger King & Dairy Queen used to be good, but now tastes like shat too.

The best burgers ever in Edmonton were definitely at FUDDRUCKERS!!! *****

Stainless
The best burgers in the Edmonton area are in Millet, at the Burger Barn! There arer over 15 different burgers on the menu. Hawaiian FTW!

2ndgenlude
good place in capilano mall called wallys. make a awesome burger. harveys is always a favorite too.

AudiInProgress
I'm in Texas right now, and I had Sonic, fucking awesome food!!

I'll be heading to Phoenix again on my way home, and I'll be trying IN&OUT BURGER for sure... I heard it's even better than sonic...

AudiInProgress
edit: double post

and i tried carl's jr. yesterday... one of their famous "6 dollar burgers" and it was crap... nowhere near as good as sonic

Did you mean Delux Burgar Bar on 142? I went there with the bf one night, and the service was beyond terrible; the fries were crap (you'd think that since they use the same fries as Lux they'd be good, but hell no) and the burger is average. Well, the one I got was burnt to hell.
the second time I went to give them another shot, the service was better, but the burger was still average at best, and I specifically asked for no onion, yet my burger was piled with that crap.

For burgers, I love In&Out burger. Locally, I like Red Robin.

we need a steak and shake

Sonic sucks compared to In&Out
IMO
Although Sonic was the best burger to be had in Texas. It was unfortunate that there was no In&Out burger in Texas...or at least the part(s) I was in:mad:

AudiInProgress
I've had Sonic 3 more times since my original post, and the food is just DAMN good, I can't say enough good about it.

midnite
i want a hamburger right now.

this is a huge chain in SoCal

Locally Red Robin makes decent burgers, and the prime rib burger at Brewsters isn't bad either.

Best burger I've ever had was at this little bar out in the Queen Charlotte islands about five years ago. Not likely anyone is going to be going out there, but it was just a little country bar, pretty much the only one in Masset.

Oh, hey I know it's not burgers, but my roommate left a 2 for 1 entree coupon for the Outback's new curbside service on the fridge here so a buddy and I ordered up a couple of prime rib meals last night. The food was solid like usual and came with a whole bunch more 2 for 1 coupons. Nothing like a big prime-rib meal for $13.

ptemomo
Best burgers around are at Gusto's in St-Albert, hands down. Home made and they serve beer too... Great place

AudiInProgress
Believe it or not, best burger I ever had was at a strip joint... I don't enjoy strippers, but I was dragged along with a bunch of friends. The burger was so good, I didn't need to be dragged back the second night, I would probably go again... Just for the food.

NATO
I was down in LA a couple weeks ago and while I was there I had In N Out burgers 4 times. Man, those things are soooo fricken good. Paired with Animal Fries and a Root Beer, they would probably be my last meal.
