Nice looking car! I would say just tint for the outside, all around. Clean up the engine bay (as in wash, not reroute hoses/wires or anything like that). Other than that, I'd maybe get the interior done in a darker grey to complement the black plastic trim.

Rims Rims Rims ! , then a turbo kit. Or a hugass ballin stereo system with custom fiberglass enclosures and led's and neons and mirrors and the E.Z waterfall thingy and spinning rims in the spare tire well.

But I would try and track down some rare-ass JDM rims , like some Original GAB in red or some H&K RMP8's .IMO rims make a huge difference in the general appearance of a car.

Small sound system if you want (to keep it lighter), turbo it, tint, clean engine bay, maybe clear bumper lights, and make the interior look a bit less bland. You have a very clean car so I'd keep it as is (no bodykit etc.)

So pretty much the same as what everyone else has said.

STOP (brakes), DROP (suspension), and ROLL (power).

if you have the money to be unique i would certaintly take the NA route with this type of car. not many good NA builds around. One of the best ones i know of moved out of the city so you would be one of the few. as for looks, 4th gen ludes look pretty good without much of anything. you already have a nice lip on there so i wouldnt touch anything except lower it a bit.

Please dont drop it... around here a suspension drop is very over rated especially if this is you DD and you have to drive it in winter. Another thing to consider is in the newer subdivisions you wont be able to get up the driveways, its a pain in the ass.
Stay away from the NA route unless you have a lot of money and only want modest gains. NA is cool because its unique and very hard to do properly. Turboing is cool because it's cheaper, you can do it yourself and your car will actually be fast(er) .
Before you spend any money clean up that engine bay... toss everything to do with emissions, this is alberta, there is no emission testing  . You have quite a few vacuum lines in the back there, I bet you dont need all of them.
If you just want a nice DD dont do a lot of work, you will end up wasting your money and you wont be happy with the gains. If you want to make it quick well then you better start boosting.
