Classic car rental for wedding - Click HERE for Original Thread

kypraio
Dunno if anyone can help me out on this one... But here goes!

My sister is getting married next summer and asked me if i knew of any places that rent out classic cars for occasions like weddings etc.

I don't know if such services would come as like a chauffeur service or as a normal rental, if theres any places in town that do this let me know. Thanks guys!

Due to the lack or reliability in many classic cars I doubt you would find a company who would do this. You might get lucky in the US but not in Canada.

Hmm well she just informed me she wants a service with a driver so there must be some place that rents out things like this for weddings. I know theres that limo company that has a fancy classic white limo but i don't think she wants a limo.

I know there is one limo company in edmonton that has a 60's rolls princess limo with the glass roof that was actually used to cheaufer the queen or somthing. It has the glass roof and all. I will look up the company when I have more time

why not see if a member has a classic that you could borrow for a couple hours, and get a bud to drive to the reception? just a thought. for example, i think it's chromedragon hat has a 56 buick? not volunteering him or anything, but thats a pretty nice ride.

I was thinking of that actually just its a bit soon to organize that if there is anyone. But please if you do have a classic car to borrow for a drive to the wedding or what not pm me!

Are you talking about that one? My Brother used it when he proposed to his wife. It was a lot of cash, like 800 bucks for 4 hours.

No I was thinking Crystal Limosines Old Rolls. Personally I think that zypher thing or whatever are kinda redneckish

Another thing to look at is if you know you want a specific antique car, say a 1957 Chev, try contacting a local car club that specializes in those cars. One of their members may be interested, or they will know if there is anybody professionally offerring the service.

I think you should say what your specifically looking for i have buds with muscle cars and what not that may help out but im not sure what you looking for really
