| i am planning to bring a 04-05 cts-v from the states, i read on the riv web site that in order to pass out of country inspection i need to have metric dash board... well caddi only come with dash board which is miles...so what should i do? or my only choice is go to the dealer or there is something i can do in order to pass the inspection? |

has all the info you need about importing a car....
as far as the dash board, if it has KM on it, it will pass inspection (even if the KM is the small print)...
if it doesn't have km you can put on stickers... |

| you can buy sticker kits that will pass.. I think they are availble at Canadian tire |

| oh found my answear its also got digital spedo which could be switched to km.. will that work? |

yeah, i was gonna say... all the new GM stuff has a switch.. not easy to find or do, but it's there somwhere.
A little light will say KM instead of Mph, and it'll read in kph, of course. |

| If the car still has warranty I would really make sure that GM will transfer the warranty for you. I have heard a few horror stories about the early CTS-V's and all kinds of warranty issues. |

thanks for a tip man yes it should shill have the warranty atleast for 20.000 km so ya i will call dealer and see what they gonna do for me |
