I feel sick when I say I pay 950/mth.. It was 825 up until October when my lease ended..

1bed in calling wood (definatly not a nice area, but not REALLY bad)

I'm paying $950 for 1 bedroom, in kind of a bad neighborhood. Has a fireplace and dishwasher, and insuite laundry though.

I pay a $800 mortgage payment for a house in Montrose with a garage. :thumbup:

i pay 675 for a 2 bdrm apt but the building is full right now

i'm looking at houses right now and to compare them to apartment renal places makes not much sense (yeah i know my grammer is terrible). an 06 built 1800 sq ft 3 bdr. house on the west end can be had for $1600/mo

My place is a 2 bedroom apartment. We are on ground floor and we pay $800/month everything included except for power. But since my lease is up at the end of this month its going up to $950 but still, its a decent deal and i live on the southside in a decent area.
