| I had my lights just fail on me during a snowfall.... didn't notice for a couple hours... if someone threw a slush at my car i'd probably ram mine into theirs. But if politely told that my lights wern't working i'd say thank you good sir and get em fixed asap. Just a heads up. |

Most cars have automatic headlights so if they are not on at night chances are they are broken. I know with my HID kit my left headlight would just go out if I hit a bump then would return a couple minutes later; I ended up soldering the connection and that was the end of that.
I have a bigger problem with all the drifters around town who think their 'sleepy eyez' is the dopest drift mod since the lsd. When did making you car look like it has broken headlight motors become cool? |

The biggest problem here is with daytime running lights that automatically turn on the dash lights. I can't count the number of times I see cars driving with no taillights and just their DRLs on because they are able to see the dash. DRLs are supposed to be about safety during the day, not making cars unsafe at night. The only time dash lights should be on is when you actually put your lights to the on position.
Don't get me started on people that don't ensure their lights are working properly. It takes all of 30 seconds to check them, so get off your ass and do it. |

My dash lights burnt out last week and I accidentally drove 3 blocks without my lights on and some guy flashed me, so I slowed under the speed limit by a few clicks thinkin photo radar was coming up.
Didn't take me long to turn on my lights though, Maybe i should wash my car too, might help the lights shine better.
I also took the ten minutes to show my golden aged land lady how to change her headlights and I aimed em too. she was so happy! I think that makes up for the brief stint of headlight stupidity I had a few nights ago. |

The funny part about that is it tends to be more pricey cars with broken lights... I saw an lincon navigator the other day... onthe front, 1 head light and the opposite fog worked.. nothing else... not signals.. not markers.. but the tail lights were fine...
That's a pet peeve of mine.. burnt out bulbs.. for the most part they be cheap... and most lights are easy to change... some times it's tempting to keep the most common signal bulb types in my car.. pull some of these twits over and tell them to pop the hood/trunk what ever and change the bulb for htem. |

| i used to freak out on my cousin (well not completely freak out but give him shit) because he'd drive around the city with only his parking lites on because he thought it was cool that they were blue. its friggin stupid. when i went to florida with my family last year it was weird seeing the cars with out day time running lites all the time. let alone at nite time. |

| haha my prelude was fucked for awhile one headlight would flip up and the other would flip down then when i turned them off one would flip down and the other would flip up Got a few weird looks and alot of flashes it was pretty funny when id flash people back looked like my car was winking at them lol:p |
