I doub it will be as high here. I don't know if there's a difference in how its done in the states, but here in Canada (or Alberta at least) a proper appraisal is not supposed to give you FULL value for mods. Things like aftermarket parts and stereo equipment have to have a depreciation factor applied to it. If you're lucky its ~50%. |
