As topic State I have a 1998 Honda Civic SI forsale. First I'll start off saying I bought and had intentions putting it on the road oviously. I went to register the car and I find out minutes later it had a Title stating" It can never be allowed on the road again" I'm confused to as to why the title was there but anyways This is a parts car or atless the shell can not be used. I was under the influene it just needed a salvage inspected due to the car being stolen previously and insurance company putting that title on it.
