Thanks for taking the time posting the pics, but holy shit automanufacturers need to fire their designers.
THe engineering is awesome! makes my job easy when people wreck em but goddamn are they ugly.!
Over panelled, uneven lines, curves in the wrong places. Fat , fat and more fat. :tear: :help: :banghead:  :geezuz:
The only nice one there is the RX-8 , it is nice to see a caddy hybrid though!
I again appreciate you posting the pics not raggin on you or trying to bring negative attention to the thread. |

| I thought they were dropping the RX8? It's a shame, because the 4-door BS is ugly as fuck, and that car is seriously under powered. |

Heres the answer to the power and etc:
For 2009, Mazda will further the evolution of the four-door, four-seater sports coupe, giving RX-8 a refreshed exterior and interior design, enhanced performance and a new R3 sport package for the ultimate driving enthusiast.
The new Mazda RX-8 is available as either a 232-horsepower model fitted with a sixspeed manual transmission, or a 212-horsepower model fitted with a six-speed Sport A/T automatic with steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters for a Formula 1-style driving experience.
To enhance the highly successful RX-8, Mazda engineers focused on innovation in three key areas for the new RX-8: styling, performance and packaging. "The enhancements made to RX-8's exterior, interior, packaging and performance takes it to a whole new level of visual and driving excitement," remarked Nakazawa. |

Wow, a whopping 232 horsepower. Isn't that almost as much as an S2000? Still lame. Stick a turbo 3-rotor in it and make 400 HP with a warranty and maybe I'd like it. |

I think these high beltlines are getting ridiculous and this is a perfect example. The car looks distorted and almost goofy because of it. With slightly more proportionate lines I believe it would be absolutely stunning, but with the massive doors and bumpers and I can't pay attention to anything else.
This right here renders your opinion moot. The RX-8 is an abomination. How they can go from the beautiful, timeless lines of the FD RX-7 to that I am still baffled.

I just said out of all the cars on there the Rx-8 was the best looking.!

Nissan Rogue:
family bought the new S AWD. the only bad thing about is the tranny, the way it shifts feels like shit to me, otherwise really nice little crossover
i was testing the tiptronic-paddleshifting SL model and i was really happy with it, but dad didn't want to pay extra
just my 2 cents

I'm kind of liking the passat... although it reminds me of the new Accords.
And finally... the new WRX STi is starting to grow on me. Like all the previous models, I've hated the design for sometime but sooner or later I break down.
And also, a car thats not on the list that I'm interested in.... wait for it.... the Pontiac G8! Yes its a GM (Flame suit ready), but atleast its a rebadged Holden Commodore... mmm

Uhhh... Yeah dude. It's exactly the same platform as the 300/Magnum... Built in the same plant in Markham Ontario...
They're all the same fucking car... Same engine, tranny, suspension. Only difference now is we finally got a 2-door. |

Too bad the first year the only tranny for the challenger is auto :smack:
It's gonna fail compared to the new camaro, both look great though |

You're dreaming. The new Camaro isn't going to hit showrooms until a year after the new Challenger... How is it going to beat something that's already been out for a year?
Besides, the Challenger looks way better than the new Camaro, and will probably be more powerful with a lower pricetag. |

What *REALLY* sucks is they're not using the new 6.4L 392ci 525HP motor in the new Challenger until after 2010...
This doesn't make sense to me... They build a new motor, put it in the catalog for the 2007 year... WTF wouldn't they jam that bitch into the 2008 Challenger? |
|
|
| NightmareMX6 |
| Nope my vote is for the camaro. You just pointed out another gay thing that dodge is doing with the challenger. |

WOW most of that is UGLY!!!!
the s2000 looks good, the RX-8 is ugly as hell. lambo ftw |

Camaro is going to obliterate the Challenger, if only because only men with ovaries drive Dodges. The Camaro following is so huge that they will sell ten times more of these than Dodge will with their replica (you can't call that retro). A new Mustang for 2010 and a new Camaro will make the Challenger old news fast. LX cars are terrible anyway, using old Mercedes parts that weren't reliable in Mercedes' cars.
And you think it'll be cheaper than a Chevy? Not very likely. |

Only time will tell.
I hope someday I get to spoonfeed those words to you.
If not, I'll take a rolled newspaper up the ass, full of your Chevy-loving gayness. |

Hahah! The funny thing is, I've only ever owned one GM vehicle, and it's my truck. People think I'm a Chevy fanboy because I don't talk shit about them. I am very impressed by GM lately, though. They've got their shit together and are making some serious cars and concepts.
..... wait, my Saturn is a GM, so sorry, that's two. In my defence, I still call it 'the Jeep'. |
