zero - I'm not a coffee fan.
I think for a large portion of the people that do go to Timmie Ho's, it's probably just an image thing because I've heard tons of people that drink their coffee that say that there is better available elsewhere. Guess you can't be a "Canadian" unless you drink there, right?

never liked coffee, never bought one, and their hot chocolate is too sweet, so all i ever buy from there is a tea from time to time. well and an ice cap in the summer, but thats about it.

when i first started @ my current company they were sending
me the the rookie aka JR, to timmy hoes a few times a week...
but then the other office (front office, i am in production office) got jealous of us always having the brew so they told us to curb our trips, so i havnt been the gopher since. thank god
but we also got one of those tassimo single cup brewers and that thing is sweet!! |

I'll pick up Tim Bitches (Tim Bits) from time to time, or a sandwich, the bread is kinda tough, but over all aren't bad. My neighbour has a Timmies Coffee maker and only drinks Timmies coffee(Home brewed in said coffee maker) |

One of the territory reps for our shop used to work for Starbucks. He said they did a test on Timmies coffee to see why people are so addicted to it. He said they found MSG and nicotine in the coffee and those are both very addictive. I know a guy who gets headaches if he doesnt drink timmes coffee everyday. We figured it was maybe the caffeine, but he tried other coffees and still gets the headaches. So there is something in their for sure thats addictive.
And people drinking their hot chocolate, that stuff is crap. They make it with water. We make it with steamed milk.

Only drank them to stay awake on 20 hour shifts

And as for making the latte.....it would appear that making it would be straight forward, but I have learned that it is not. There are alot of factors involved that effect the taste from the way the way the person makes it all the way down to the calibration of the barista. |
