anyone from Winnipeg got any advice for importing.
I may import a KEI van via IC.....any advice would help.
did you have trouble with autopac / MPIC?
did you have to have an imobilizer added?
any other issues I should know about?

This isn't 204-Tuners, but I suppose I could email a guy who has been there, done that........
MPIC is definitely gonna want a safety done on it, might as well just phone them and ask.

| Hi I'm from Portage, You will need to install Day Time running lights for your saftey for sure, then just take it to some one to do a Manitoba saftey. The car is 15 years old so you slip through all the BS that new cars coming from the States need. As for the immobileizer from what i've seen with my friends Skylines you won't need one, I wouldn't mention the imobilizer to MPI tho just is case they tell you they want it. |
