Holy crap, I don't think I've ever had so much trouble ordering parts online.
In October, I ordered a bunch of parts from rx7store.net. After months of waiting, and then of "forgot" and "missed" and "didn't see that", the stuff was finally sent today. And only because of the snow day, so I was home and decided to make some phone calls.
Also in October, I ordered some Zaino car polish stuff. Apparently the guy had sent it out, and it was returned to sender because no one had been at the house to receive the order. I didn't receive a notice, or a phone call to the contact number. And the thing that pissed me off the most; I wasn't even contacted about the products being returned! It wasn't until after Christmas, when I remembered that I had ordered something, that I called and was told about the problem (I was really busy before Christmas and it had slipped my mind). Anyways, I finally got the stuff last week.
And now, I've been patiently waiting on some solid corner seals from Atkins Rotary since January 2nd, so that I can actually put my keg back together and start getting something done. I called them today, and I guess they "missed" that order. At least they seemed genuinely apologetic.
On a positive note: Rotary Aviation, RHD Japan, Summit Racing, and some dude from Ebay all had great customer service and fast shipping. Oh, and if you're looking for some wheels, Rishie @ autoRND gets

We get shitty customer service up here in Canada. The only place that was super fast and awesome was Gotham Racing. I even ended up taking to the god tuner himself; Steve Kahn.

Welcome to my life.
Took close to 3 months for my PFC to show up from RHD Japan.
Took forever (month and a half) for my brakes to show up from iRotors.
Now RX7Store is taking forever to ship me my fucking turbo kit...
Props to Banzai Racing and Conroy. So far the only reliable sources of parts. |

Hey Matt,
Tip with Rx7store. If you want Jason to ship your stuff, call him twice a week. Don't bother emailing him, he doesn't read them very often, and when he does it just passes in one eye and out the other. |

If Canada post or fedex or shitty ass UPS delievered it there would be a note. I think the guy is lying and did not send it. If you are not home they dont just send shit back right away. They leave a note and drop it at the depot. You then have 4-6 weeks to get it. |

He said it was sent via Purolator. I don't know what the deal was, but I asked him to send it through Canada post and I got it. All is well that ends well. |
