Too bad it didnt knock China off of the WAN... Than we would be VERY safe from spammers for a week or two :D :thumbup:

Wow, this is a huge wake up call for the affected regions....IMO the repairs and improvements made by these countries will put them ahead of Western nations for the long run (assuming Western nations are as reliant as Dubai/Indian on ocean floor cables).

this goes to show how reliant the society is on the internet now. and 15 years ago, this service was virtually non-existent in most homes
