Just because YOU know what is "right" and "wrong" doesn't mean everyone else shares your views. It can be pretty successfully argued that there is a major difference between a model of a sack and a real live sack as well.
On the other hand, like I said in my last post, there must be an existing law or bylaw that one could use to challenge retarded truck nutsacks, as in adult stores and sex toys. i was only using the comparison between real and fake as a metaphor to describe the freedom of expression excuse to put these on a truck. it would also be successfully argued that balls could not be used as a justifiable freedom of expression but rather an attempt to be funny and piss people off in a controversial way. |
