I thought it would be neat if we had a topic for people to announce something they did to help another motorist out.
I'll say that Thursday morning there was a Jeep Cherokee in front of me on the Whitemud east bound, around 149 st. I noticed something was dangling underneath his vehicle. It was his extension cord. So I pulled up next to him. Bonked my horn a little and pointed under his vehicle.
He pulled to the shoulder and stopped. I couldn't get over there in time but I'm sure he got out and looked and noticed the cord. |

| The other day I was in Edmonton following a lady in a newer Honda/acura... we had her daytimes on.. but her dash was lit up so she thought she had her headlights on... I rolled up next to her and told her... she figures it's gonna take her some time getting used to the dash lights always being on.. she turned on her markers.. and took her another 1/2 block to realise her headlights were off... heh |

A lady that works at the insurance company next door to my shop had a slightly flat tire, so I filled it and checked and filled the other 3 tires as well. Advised her to go to fountain tire on the same block and have it checked for a nail or screw.
She offered me money , I told her it was nothing for me to do that and I guess on monday she is bringing me hot chocolate from Timmies!:thumbup: |

| Waiting at a restaurant tonight I over heard some guy saying that he gave this lady at his work a boost last week and she showed up the next day with a Timmies card. That's pretty cool of her, but it shouldn't be expected... |
