Theres a small dealership on white ave by the name AAA auto wholesale, and i was wondering if it would be bad idea to buy a car from a small time dealership. There is a car i plan on buying but im not too sure if buying from a small time dealership would be a good idea, so i need some inputs on what you guys think.

I would rather buy from a large dealership because you know that they will probably be there in a year and you can always phone there head office if something oes wrong, that a little reassurance

the car that i plan on getting from that dealership says the car comes with a warranty so i though it might be worth to checking out. im more worry about getting the car for a good price then find out there is more problem to it.

if talking to the guy gives you doubts about his credibility then thats a warning! If the price sounds shady dig into it maybe he got it at a steal of a price and is just passing on the savings(which I doubt). If your good enough under the hood and think its coasher buy it and hope for the best.

The dealership no matter big or small should allow for a mechanical inspection. If it passes, then you're good to go. Simple as that. If they refuse an inspection, then move on.

It comes with warranty? is that the original warranty or one of those 3rd party ones? Be careful of those 3rd Party ones as some of them are useless based upon the deductibles you have to pay.

Use extra caution when buying from a small lot. Get a pre purchase inspection from a trusted shop.

ya If from a small lot I would get an inspection done at that makes dealer, and get them to check the history for the last time it was in for warranty of if it was canceled because it was a write off:eek:
