The only thing good about a 3000gt SL is it looks like a 3000gt... however with all the gto's running around town they dont turn heads anymore.
The engine bay is cramped, parts are hard to find and expensive. They are heavy, heavy cars and the 220hp engine isn't adequate for the mass of the vehicle. Compairing a SL to a vr4 is like compairing an automatic n/a supra to a turbo 6speed... sure they look the same but they the really arent the same car.
I would recommend looking for a vr4. Even without going to the states a vr4/RT TT can be found for <10k. I beleive that there is a 1992 vr-4 /w 80 XXXmiles for sale in calgary right now for ~$8.5k if you are interested I could probably dig up his ad for you. |

| the 94+ ones are beautiful cars and are very reliable unlike the VR-4 models. i would personally love to own one in the future but I'm too much of a honda humper for now.. |
