| I was in an accident about 2weeks ago but never had the time to report the accident to the insurance company (work 6 days a week). How long do i have to report it? Am i too late? |

| You have at least 1 year to make a claim as long as you have filed a police report. |

Thats correct, but no police report requirement.
or 2 years against the other party's insurance carrier (if there is one) |
