Yeah, it's not hard. All you simply do is right click on the page and if you know your HTML, you'll find the password right in the 3-5th line or so. I used this to get a stalker off my back, and yes, it worked. I was able to get in, simply because she didn't log out. Anywho, good luck with your search man.

Are you talking about reading the source file? cause thats the only place able to read the html on the page.

Not sure what you mean?

Yes. You right click on the page and go "View Source". Then if you know your HTML, you'll find the password right in that HTML.

:bs: ?????????????????

if everything was this insecure, nothing would be safe...

Certain sites that use javascript for authentication it is possible to find out the password... because JS is a clientside language, so therefor its downloaded and run on your computer locally.

With hotmail your actually submitting information to their site, and it will redirect you if it matches what they have, if not it redirects you to re-auth. About 3 years ago some friends of mine discovered that hotmail sent your username/password in the POST info, so you could get into alot of accounts. They have fixed this problem ages ago tho.

If he didn't log out, you can simply go to the view source, and on the 5th line you'll see "action=" and then something after that. That's your key to get in. This doesn't work for hotmail anymore, they have long changed there server/setup.

HK is it possible that somebody might have erased your cache/cookies?

P.S. Were you at Mac's last night. Think I saw your rig. Red RX-7 right? ;)

Well anythings possible since I use public computers sometimes to check my emails. But I make it a habbit to logg off each time I logg on to a site.

Oh and I was at a Mac's and my Rig is red but it's a prelude.
