6 spd
Base model
Front lip , sideskirts, rear lip

It does have a rebuilt title, however I had no issues, you can bring it to an inspection of your choice

I'll give you a price down of the cost of importing a U.S car

$22,000 for the car (2005 350z)
+ 14% tax = $3,080
Inspection = $200 + DRL ($200)
Transport = $1000 (plane ticket, gas, hotel)
Hidden damage/repair on car= $500-$1000?

Total comes to 27,000 before any repairs needed to pass inspections

Thats for a stock 350z Just the mods itself is worth close to $4000

I'm asking $26,000 for the whole package or you can pay $27,000 for a stock 350z that might have more problems later on the road.

Comes with 99% new 19" Tenzor R rims with falken tires as seem in the pics

he does not mean it cost 500-1000 to fix this car. The 500-1000 hidden damage implies to any other car that you would import.

havnt seen this one in person so this is basically a nice free bump, but these cars are nice! 05's seem to be doing well with respect to common probs that has been seen on 03's to 04.5 and 06+, this is by no means scientific but i have spent some time reading up on them since i picked one up myself.

Nissan was also cool wrt warranty transfer across border, i had a tsb (technical service bulletin) for an axle clicking and the dealer took care of it no questions asked. They just checked the VIN and it was all good- they let me know the date where warranty went from bumper to bumper to powertrain so i could get it looked at before it ran out. The fact the car said MPH on the dash and was American meant nothing whereas other manufacturers dont offer equal support

good luck with the sale, cool car:thumbup:

Is it registered in Alberta?

And can you scan the import/duty sheet with your 22K purchase price on it?

Does it matter?

And don't go into the "Well it's a US car, yada yada, he doesn't have a business licence"

Many people bring up US cars to sell on a regular basis, to make a couple bucks. He brought it up, he can sell it for what he wants... let not trash his thread for no reason. :dunno:

ehos
Some salvage title cars cannot be rebuilt and registered in Alberta.

And if you really paid 22K for a rebuilt car, you're an idiot. Most likely you're telling a big lie. Gotta call you on it.

lol, ehos, please re-read my post again before posting.........

The title is rebuilt, been driven for a summer already all inspections passed.

22k is for a normal U.S stock 2005 350z, I'm just putting it on for comparisons of the cost to import a 350z.

If you want to make an offer, pm me

Also ehos, since you're always bashing U.S cars and rebuilts and calling the almighty the AMVIC, you should know that in order to pass from a salvage title to a rebuilt you need to go thru a long inspection (10hrs) and they check every bolt on the car to make sure it's up to OEM standards.

Personally, I've own and built over 5 rebuilt cars, they all gave me less problems than a POS "clean" title car............

here is the ilnk to the car you bought you bought it from someone who imported it, you didnt do the import yourself. you bought it for under 24k

azn_fire_fly
rebuilt cars like this can be had from the states for $15,000. I would just fix the 22k you had listed. Because its very misleading to everyone that reads it.

I didn't said I imported it myself, re-read my post

Also I will quote myself:

"I'll give you a price down of the cost of importing a U.S car"

In english: importing "a" U.S car and not "this" U.S car

LOL, in my 2nd sentence: "No blashing please, if you have a problem please pm and we will talk"

Any more questions, I didn't lie a single word in my post and I'm not going edit it.

ehos
You didn't lie, but you sure tried to mislead with 'a' single word.

Don't quote random numbers and try to relate them to your specific example, it's false any way you slice it.

And if you're advertising a car publicly on a public forum, then you have to deal with the scrutiny.

chu77
I was just trying to infor the public about importing U.S cars....and then I get blashed for it.

If you want to know about the cost of "THIS" u.s 2005 350z, here you go

$17,000 for the car since the cheapest 2005 rebuilt in U.S autotrader is going for 19,000. (goggle it yourself)
+ 14% tax = $2,380
Inspection = $200 + DRL ($200)
*More inspection since it's a rebuilt + work needed to pass = $1000
Transport = $1000
Hidden damage/repair on car= $500-$1000?
+ $2000 for the 19" wheels
+ $1000 for lip kit
=====================
Total= $24,480

No its a "rebuilt" write off.. some are listed as salvage (witch you can repair) and if there to far gone its a dismantle only. Both are write offs End of story, it was a good price though
