Out of curiosity when someone decides to go buck naked and streak at a sporting event..what type of charges or fines do they face?
I have no plans to do this, I was just curious as every now and then you see someone bearing all and making a break for it before they get pounced. :lol:

| The announcement that is made at football games, IIRC, refers only to entering the field, not entering the field naked, which obviously could amount to more penalties than the fine they warn of. |

$2500 for the streaking, not just entering the field?
The reason I ask is they announce the max fine at football games (the 2500 I think), so it would seem that if the penalty for streaking on the field is the same, there is no extra for showing skin. This does not seem right.

| Streaking never ever seems to end on a good note. Remember a couple years back at the hockey game when the naked dude fell over the glass and smack onto the ice and it was all caught on sportsnet, I think it was at a Flames game? Who would want to be remembered for that? :D |

Yes, the better charge would be 173 CC Indecent Act... summary conviction offence, (Criminal Charge) fine is at the disposition of the court.
This charge is rarely laid in my experience. |
