Hey guys, I'm going to be painting my car myself in the next month or so, and I'm wondering where is a good place to go to buy quality paints? I'm not sure if I will need a color mixed or not yet, I guess it depends where I go to buy the paint. Are there any house of kolor dealers around here?
thanks for any info

| Carlson's can help you out with whatever you need in terms of Autobody supplies. |

| Sounds like thats all I need to know. I'm hoping they carry HOK? I'm pretty much set on kandy cobalt blue over a metallic silver base. |

Napa.
There's a new paint only warehouse in the west end (not the old 118th ave one, but a new one on 118th Ave and around 178th St).
They'll sit and talk BS with you all day about paint if you want :) |

I have to ask - do you have experience painting? If not, you may wish to reconsider the Kandy if you do it yourself...
But yes - Carlson's should have the HOK lineup for you to choose from. |

Haha, don't worry. Although this is the first car I will be spraying myself, I don't rush into anything. On top of that I have my dad who has had 30+ years experience spraying numerous vehicles.
Thanks again for your help |
