Anyone else sick of seeing Kombat Spoiler kits??? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Its seems like every 17 year old owns a Honda/Cav/Prelude with a Veiliside knock-off.  Everytime I see one I think of a duck or a car that's been in an accident.

When will it stop!  I just saw a light blue CRX with Lime Green Wheels this morning with a knock off veilside! Blah!

i don't really mind seeing the huge combat spoilers and supra spoilers on cars, i would never put one on myself. At least its not as bad as domestics getting 5-zigen and n1 copy off mufflers put on their cars. i see alot of that now. This is just a guess but it might be due to the movie "The fast and the furious".

To each his own I guess, but taste is soemthing totally different.  I wont  stop them from doing it, heck I promote customizing, but man it doesn't mean I like the sh*t out there.

Just do it tastefully, if that word even exists in this world...

I don't like it myself, but it just seems that everyone is falling under the "Oh! Me too!, me too!" Catagory.

They'll put those spoilers on anything.

What kills me though is those dirt bike sounding exhausts that are ripoffs of the real thing.

C'mon, the savvy people can tell if it's real or not, and the floppy exhaust note is a dead giveaway.

most newbies don't know any better. in their eyes, they see what everyone else has so they want to fit in and join the crowd. i know that because i use to be one of thoes newbies. my friends warned my about buying universal mufflers, crush bent exhaust piping, rims, tires, and so on. needless to say i learned the hard way.

Well, we all start somewhere. Atleast our tastes mature, some however...

Hey little man, please put away your flatulent muffler, I find it offensive to my ears.

Yup I have a FX veilside spoiler, but I plan on getting rid of it.  Anyone want one?<!--emo&???--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo-->  Fits a 5G civic.

if its free.......I'll take it.
hahah

Don't you dare Jackson!.

Y'know, it's only a matter of time that someone builds a Veilside/Combat/swoopy/stupid style kit for a street bike.

Now it looks like the hot thing is "Drift" style body kits...

It's free if you do a trunk swap with me, and you're rides silver, and you have the OEM spoiler on it. <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

The think cost me over $400 painted.    <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->

I'd like to see that, an old school 200SX with a Civic (?) trunk and a Civic with a 200SX hatch.
