| Okay I get home from work today and the old owner who I bought my car wants it back and for alot more than i payed for it but i did an engine swap but I love my car first car for me and I baby it soo much I and don;t want to let it go what should i do guys need help bad! |

| well money can't buy you happiness but you can buy you everything else :P maybe do a cost sheet, how much you bought it for, put into it, how much he's willing to pay.. if the difference is over 2 grand sell sell sell... you can always buy another one ;) |

I dunno man your car is pretty mint if you ask me. Personally the only way I would sell it is to buy an SW20, but if thats not possible then I would just keep it :D . But it all comes down to what you want. The day after I bought my car I was offered 20g cash on the spot for it (and I only paid 14.2) but I turned it down because it would be too much of a hassle to go searching for the perfect one again.
But hey if you want to try a different car, whether it be an mr2 or not, then this would be a good chance. Just make sure you wont regret anything :) |

| Yah it depends on the shape and how much he is going to give you . I had some crazy spanish guy offer me 25K on the side of 17th ave in Calgary while I was pulled over by a cop. I didnt take because I coudl not find another one in the condition and mileage of mine. |

Mine had like 153 when I bought it but now I have 161 (shit i drive too much :D ). Mileage isnt everything tho... what would you rather have : a bagged to shit car driven hard its entire life with "only" 100k on it or the same car with 150k drivin by an old lady that has never been taken past 4000 rpm. :)
Anyways good luck with the car search! let me know what it was like.

I would definately NOT sell the car, why? Because you KNOW it.
What do I mean by that?
How much sweat/blood/tears/time will you potentially POUR into another MR2 until you understand it as well as your current one?
You KNOW the condition & swap quality of your engine
You KNOW exactly what is right & wrong with it
You KNOW how it likes to be pushed
If you buy another car, you don't know ALL of those things plus you don't know if there is rust, accident damage, things that are soon to break, etc.
Money can definitely get you another deuce....but it cannot get you the knowledge, comfortability and familiarity that you have slowly built & acquired with your MKI.
