Was just wondering since i have court date with the tickets i have, could i just pay them instead of going to court or talk the the crown prosicutor?

even though i pleaded not guilty to get the court date i can still pay the tickets off before then?

You got a ticket, went down to the courthouse, told them you wanted to fight the ticket... They gave you a court date, and now you'd just rather pay the fine, correct? Is that what I'm understanding from your post?

Then yes, you should be able to just go to the courthouse, and pay the fine anyways. The ticket wouldn't be rescinded just because you told them you wanted to fight it... Paying it would be an automatic admission of fault, and you'd get the demerits on your license, but I'm sure the crown would be happy with one less file on their desk!
