the other day i was getting gas and this cop turns on his lights
well you see it saturday night about 9 pm i needed to go somewhere and my truck broke down that evening and i needed another car so i called a friend and bought one he was
selling. i put my plate on it my insurance company is good to me and will insure me for what ever i am in faxed them a copy of bill of sale which a forgot on the fax machine the registry would be closed being saturday night . so i drove to get gas and the cop said that if by tuesday i don't bring in the registation that he would just come give me a bunch of tickets now with my insurance company civer any car and with my truck not drivable and me buying a car at night from the registered owner and on sunday i fixed my truck and monday i sold the car what can he give me tickets for |

Sounds pretty shady you fixed your truck in a day, but bought a car for the meantime?
Either way, you could have received tickets for having no/improper registration and no insurance/unable to produce insurance and should have had your car towed away on the spot.
I'm under the impression he has a period of time under which he can issue a ticket, so you may very well still receive tickets once he gets wind of you taking advantage of him. |

| how is it shady its truthful i even lost money on the car i bought . as far as me taking advantage of him how if i was not telling the truth i wouldn't have asked anyone about what rights i would have in fact if he didn't believe that i was being honest when i told him just bought it he would have searched me cause they do that almost evertime anyways |
