| I'm looking to get some reservations for a saturday night for about 15 people. Somewhere good like Earls or along those lines. Most places I have called don't take any reservations. Do any of you know off hand which ones do? |

| most places don't take reservations on a friday or saturday because there are 100's of people who show up. If they took a reservation and they bailed they would loose business. |

If you intend on doing a late dinner, you can probably do a reservation. By late, I mean 9 p.m. on. Or you can do early, like 5 p.m. This way, it's just right before the dinner rush and if your group doesn't show in 15 minutes, they can take the tables apart and open the tables to other customers.
Other than that, you're kind of out of luck. Maybe you'll just have to show up earlier than the rest of the group. Or you can try to get 3 tables of 5? |

nope, you simply can't on a friday or sat at a nice resturant. I have tried a few times at the keg in south edmonton common and the joeys there as well, it will never happen. I even tried to reserve a table at 11pm and they said they could not. |

| Yeah this actualy applies to almost all "fancy" places. First come first serve for friday and saturdays. All I can say is good luck :thumbup: |

| ive booked at the keg at south common many times on friday's right after work around 6ish...never had a problem |

| I got a reservation at Gino's Italian Kitchen. I have never been there but a buddy of mine said it's good. |
