Well the people below me moved out so next week my landlord is going to be posting it up for rent
its a 2 bedroom basement seperate entry, good shape and i think its only 825 plus half utilities its in the North west Montrose area. The garage is mine but as im a nice guy if you needed to fix something one day or w.e by all means you could use it. its a decent place and the price is right. As long as your not a doorknob and partying till 5 am on a monday i could put in a good word for yah! Let me know if anyone is intrested.
p.s- NO smoking/No pets :) p.s.s- decent sized backyard got a BBQ and little patio for summer ^^
