I was drunk, she was hot, but now I'm sober... - Click HERE for Original Thread

Perilous_Enterprises
So umm... How would I go about getting rid of a girl that I really shouldn't have hooked up with in the first place? She seemed ok when I met her, but I was pretty drunk. Now she's not all that attractive and way too annoying. Plus I think she's stalking me, or at least in the initial stages of stalking me.. you know, phonning like ten times a day...

PLEASE HELP!!

ehos
Tell her to log onto 780 and read your posts. That should end it.

if you tapped it once and she calls this much you may have a full fledged psycho on your hands.

i say pittb and then change your number :dunno:

lol
nice thread

just be honest with you were drunk, one night stand, friends? then give her your friends number.. haha

maybe she'll call your friend in like a month or so, and she has something to tell you..

Perilous_Enterprises
Why do all the girls I meet have to be psychos!!

I'll try honesty. Failing that, I'll just move to Mexico or something..

Mexico their gonna be expecting tips though...

euro777
fuck it, tell her you are moving to mexico!!

then give her some goodbye lovin and hope you dont run into her when your macking on the next "hottie" you are gonna crush.

my single guy tip, show up late and sober, that way by the time you gotta line stuff up you look like a god cuz all the other guys are smammered. this way you wont be too drunk, negotiation skills will not be compromised and this might not happen next time!!!!

Honestly, smartass remarks aside, I would try to be honest but also let her down easy. If you actually don't mind hanging out with her tell her you're not interested in pursuing a relationship but enjoy spending time with her and would like to continue hanging out. If you don't want to see her at all anymore, tell her that but try to be gentle about it, no one likes having their feelings hurt. Better to tell her now then further on down the road when she gets more attached.

I can't believe how many replies advised 'ignore her calls'. I hope you guys don't do that in real life, gives guys in general a bad name/reputation.

Tell her how you feel, straight up there is no point "teasing" her as she's only gonna call more and more cuz clearly she's a clingy bitch.

"I think you are ugly.. I was drunk so anything that happened meaned nothing.. stop calling me you crazy BITCH!!"

The crazy bitch part is optional. Or like what others have said.. nail and bail works fine too, but tell her straight up after to be safe.

Well I tried the nice approach.. Told her I needed to focus more on my career right now and couldn't swing a relationship. But she said, "Oh, we could just see eachother every now and then, maybe on the weekends?"

I tried telling her it's just to difficult what with not having a car, but she offered to give me a ride... I told her straight out that I don't want a relationship, but she said I should try because maybe it'll work...

So I told her I just can't see myself falling for her....

OOPS!

Needless to say that didn't go over too well..

This all happened lastnight, she's yet to phone me today so I'm assuming she figured it out...

First suggestion. NO MORE DRINKING for you!!!!!!!!! 2nd. Be honest. "You're annoying, not very pretty, I don't have time even on weekends fora girl in my life at this point of my life. You calling all the time is pissing me off, and I wish I never met you". That should get the point across if she has half of a brain. :dunno:

Dude... Pretty harsh. You just broke that poor girls heart.

:(

Perilous_Enterprises
I'm definetly going with the no more drinking.. In fact, I was half way to being alcohol free until that fateful night... I alway's seem to find a reason to remind myself that I should never drink again...

At least I tried to be nice....

You and me both, brother..

I basicly told the girl I needed time, to think about if I wanted a relationship.. But I still hung out with her... I then later told her, that I don't think it's a good Idea for myself right now.. because I'm going to be spending alot of other time on working on my car, and work.. She said that's Fine, because she'll be doing the same... So then I used that against her, and said well.. if we are always going to be busy... there is really no point in us trying to start a relationship. Then Gradually she just called less and less.. till.. She Stopped calling..

See when i told my girlfriend i think we should spend some time apart so i could work on my car and work she ended up dumping everything she could find all over it, luckily the doors were locked and the interior is fine but i had quite a difficult time getting the glue and wood chips off my car, needless to say ive learned my lesson about being honest....:(
