Fuel Injector 89-90 240sx - Click HERE for Original Thread

s13pak
Hi

I was wondering if anyones has a spare fuel injector laying around for a 240sx?
One of my poor fuel injectors is leaking and driving me nuts. So if any of you members can help out, please do. Just let me know how much you want it for.

Thanks

Peter

If it is the front two, you're better off buying new. I just replaced two in a friends 90 and we put a tested injector in and and it leaked. he just had a new one installed no problem.

Ya it's the damn front 2 injectors that are leaking. The front one is leaking pretty bad but 2nd is just starting to. I was thinking it might be the seals too, but I was hoping someone would have some injectors sitting around. The dealership wants $220 per injector and crappy tire want 180 per injector.

Thanks for the info guys

Peter

leaking is your O ring's problem. replace them and you will be fine.

Not always with KA24E, check wwhether it is leaking from the top or the bottom. Replace the appropriate seal and then watch. if it still leaks, time for a new injector. darkz, how many KA24Es have you owned, worked on?

well. are you telling me KA24E are not for 240 then? the original question is asking for 240 injectors also. worked on or owned whatever 240 or you call that KA24E doesnt matter to me coz i read nissans tech forum everyday. if you are trying to tell me you are better experience coz you own and work on your 240s alot, then so what? i own and work on something is twice harder than your car and its also nissan. get it?

i am trying to help some nissan ppl here who with trouble on their car, if you want to turn this topic into something else, find someone else to brag about it.

s13pak, how did you solve your leaking injector problem?

s13pak
Hay guys!

The problem is not resolved yet? The fuel smell in the car is driving me nutz. I want to replace the seals first. I don't really want to spend 400 on 2 freakin injectors, if you know what I mean. Thanks for all your help guys. I let you guys know if I get it fixed.

Thanks
