I am only speaking upon my dealing with West Side, and more directed towards their "Parts Manager" "Rob"
This manager seems very professional when speaking to you, but his service sucks, he talk like he's knowlegdeble but it's all b.s., and hes very unreliable when trying to order parts.
ABOVE ALL HE LIE'S AND THINKS ITS NOT OBVIOUS

my warning is STAY AWAY from this shop, there are plenty of other VW shops in the city who can accomidate you for parts and service.
Dont let the VW's parked in their lot fool you, Eurasia is the same mentality.
Again this is my own personal dealings, i wish you well if you choose them.
