I have an unlocked w580i that works perfectly fine, except for the most important thing - the microphone. I cannot talk to people and when I try recording audio, it does not work either, it's just like static or white noise when I playback any audio. However, I can talk to people and record audio when I use the handsfree. Has anyone every encountered anything like this before and have any solutions. I don't have the receipt as I bought if off someone - who had it "brand new and fully functioning" he never actually used it , bought the contract, got it unlocked and yah ... so well, I've filed a paypal claim against his ass already, but just wondering if any of the bright minds on here has any possible solutions, as I've tried pretty much everything.
