Position: Sign Production Coordinator
Start Date: Between April 1 to 15, 2008
ComFree Commission Free Realty is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented, and responsible person to become an integral part of our successful team as our Sign Production Coordinator.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sign Production Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring ComFree’s signs and sign related materials are available to our Sign Installers on a daily basis.
Core duties include:
-Produce a variety of custom signs for our clients using sign making equipment
-Prepare the daily sign installation instructions for our Sign Installers
-Maintain accurate records and timely order of supplies to control sign department inventory
-Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient sign production space
Assist with light facility maintenance; snow removal, exterior cleanliness, etc.
-Coordinate with other departments on any sign related tasks
Required skills:
-Team-oriented
-Strong communication skills
-Organized and follows through
-Efficient, learns quickly, and takes care of the details
-Proactive and possesses a solid work ethic
-Computer literate
-Enjoys working with hands. Has mechanical aptitude
-On occasion able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 per annum, a generous performance bonus program, and a full benefits package.
