| That show was, in my books, the best show edmonton has seen. I liked it more than tiesto even though there were less people. The venue was better imo, and i personally enjoyed the music more :thumbup: Armin kept the crowd happy the whole time. |

Nope, i showed up at 12am literally 5 min before armin began. I hate when people chant in the middle of the openers set. It is so disrespectful. That happened at tiesto and it pissed me off so much. |

yah i just talked to a friend and he told me he was upstairs for the better half of the night haha. The light show was sooooo good. It was a great show for sure.

haha ok good. I was pretty pissed that everyone chanted Armin in the middle of Blake Jarrell's set. I think Blake ended his set early cuz of that. And Blake is no opener either, the openers are all the local DJs. He's just really new on the scene and if anything, his shit is way more progressive and fresh than Armin's. Armin knows this, which is why he pimps out Blake Jarrell tracks on ASOT and tours with him. |

Isn't Blake that guy from new orlands? Armin signed him a contract recently or something like that. If it is that guy i am pretty pissed i missed the beginning then :mad: |

Yeah, originally, but he moved to Chicago after Katrina.
He's pumped out way bigger and more original tracks in 2007 and 2008 than Armin, that's for sure! |

nope, like i said, showed up 5 min before armin came on. Didn't feel to well before the show and was tempted to stay in. However, the second i got into the place i was good to go! |

Armin was decent i thought..his sets from last year i thought were a lot more bumpin. Sander was stale and lame...very disappointing
also Ed's had no coatcheck when we got there at 12...there was still tons of room but they ran outta coatcheck tags apparently WTF!??! Also there was no reentry whatsoever...even though we had wristbands..? overall EDs = lose |

No shit... I got a hotel room cause I live outside of the city... They said they'll have both entrances open.. they didn't open the mall side til after 9:30. I had VIP tickets and frankly no clue how to use them their website said nothing.. I tried called and showing up to EEC before hand to get info.. they where either closed or not answering the phones, nobody in Ed's had a clue...
Then security slacked and started letting everybody into the VIP section... I'm wondering why I paid the extra amount for VIP tickets.
The no re-entry thing bugged me, the wife forgot her eye drops in the hotel room, couldn't go get them, so she was wetting her eyes from bottled water, she was wearing contacts and the fake smoke was bugging her eyes) That and 9 hours is a long time to go without food.....
btw Armin started at about 12:35ish...
People started chanting his name cause they could see him heh.
Anybody see the blonde(red top black pants) and bruntte(grey top, black mini skirt) who kept standing on the table int he VIP section, and were ignoring security telling them to get down. heh |

I saw the native guy with the mohawk going at another guy like that.. then later he was with a girl.. just in front of the side stage there was a girl that looked hammered getting freaky with a guy... the look on his face was pricely "Oh shit I might get lucky" heh |
