well?
I was at club fit (west) for almost 3 years but ended up quiting beacuse I have another gym membership and I really wasnt using it as much as i should. I work out at my works gym , its pretty small but has Db's up to 100lb (unfortunatly they wont get any bigger) and a crap load of treadmills. |

I was looking at the Y in west end for a while, but dont they have a start up fee of 80 bucks? And then 1 month is 40 bucks.. so 120.
I live in STA so I ended up going to Servus place and getting 4 months for 126 bucks. Its good, I just got back, and there is times where you cant find a machine to use (Im just doing cardio right now, so bike or elliptical) but they have a crap load of them and one or two usually free up pretty quickly. I like it quite a bit. |

I go to the same gym, I like it cause its usually pretty quiet around there when I go mid afternoon after work, so no waiting for equipment |

| Anyone go to downtown YMCA? I started a new job downtown so might start going there. Although I do still live on the west end so it isn't out of the way really. Downtown looks to be a bit smaller, but seems nice and has nice equipment. |

| Dalplex hahaha. It's massive with olympic pools and a couple seperate workout areas.. The roof is held up by air pressure so you walk into an air lock to get in. It's free with tuition. |

I can only imagine with the influx of people how crowded the major gyms are now.
I used to have a Club Fit membership, and used the southside/34 ave location, but everytime I went there, it seemed there was at least 3 people that needed to be hit up side the head with a curl bar.
Now that I own a fitness equipment store, I just work out at home, or at my store. |
