wetsand with 2000 grit and use a plastic or glass polish to make them smooth+clear again

plastic or glass lenses?? I've heard that Meguiars makes a plastic cleaner and polish that is supposed to work good for plastic lenses.... as for glass I doubt there's much you can do

rp_guy
glass or plastic just wetsand properly, and if it's plastic use plast-x or similar product.

If the scratches are deeper then I have used wet and dry paper finishing with 2000 grade (which makes the lens go cloudy with fine scratches ) and then using a compound like G10 or T-Cut should work.

Takes a lot of work.
