Sweet! Thank you! Just wondering if it's worth the difference between a WRX and a Sti right now.

I would have been all over the 08 STI, unfortunately its a wagon :(

I have a wagon right now (loooove it) with a trailer hitch ;) No compromise vehicle (almost perfect except for the gas mileage).

Wagons > all else if you have 'stuff'. (And I have alot of stuff that I'm always moving around).

If they are anything like the 06-07's, the 5speed tranny's on the WRX's are pretty weak, smaller turbo, lower redline, smaller injectors, exhaust, upipe, no DCCD, Rims/Rubber, suspension, not as wide.... Pretty much a totally different car.

If your planning on modding it, go with the STi. If you want a fun daily driver, go WRX. You would probably be paying the difference from the 2 in mods to the WRX just to get it up to the same performance level as the STi.

SubyTech
just curious as to what weak points you know of in the 5 speeds. As a Subaru tech it would be informative to know.
