tinted nitrous guage - Click HERE for Original Thread

Prudz_lude
does anybody know where i could buy a tint nitrous guage? by tinted i mean during the day you can't see the guage because it is behind tinted glass. it is not until you turn your lights on they light up

I tried prosport but they have every guage i need minus the nitrous guage. I am looking for either blue or purple for the color.

86SilverFox
autometer nexus

Prudz_lude
thanks  but damn, those guages are $250 per. Insane pricing imo. $250 for a nitrous guage is a little bit high.

86SilverFox
its a little steep ya, but its probablly the only thing that will match what you are looking for.

Prudz_lude
yah true. thanks  3 guages are going to run me over $600 yikes

86SilverFox
no problem.
Gotta pay to play haha. Ask Auzzie how much his gauges were lol

Prudz_lude
lol i don't want to know. Probably over $1000

86SilverFox
two innovate widebands, two nexus series and one other, it was a high number haha

Prudz_lude
 dear god two of those widebands hahaha what are those something like $400-500 each?

86SilverFox
somewhere around there:lol:

Prudz_lude
2k in guages roughly  omg man, the amount of mods i coud buy for my car with 2k and he spent it all on gauges hahaha.

Prosport comp's (premiums) would be exactly what you are looking for but I do not believe they have nitrous pressure gauges at this point. Best bang for your buck gauge though.

Yes gauges are priced stupidly high. I also was thinking about getting autometer nexus gauges. But I need 6 and then the control unit, which ends up being a stupid amount of cash. I am just going to be using autometer ultra-lites for the time being, no need for flashy gauges really...

Here is a link to prosport's site.

yah that is why i am so choked. The prosports are so nice but they are missing the guage i need the most.

I don't want flashy, this is the whole reason. They are so clean and subtle. Problem is they are so damn expensive haha. i will be buying 3 prosports, an aem a/f wideband, and i guess the nexus nitrous. do i need a control unit for just one nexus guage?

Dan_s_young
From what I have read you NEED the control unit to use the nexus gauges. Another sceme for them to get more cash I guess. Maybe try emailing prosport and asking them about a nitrous pressure gauge, they seem to be expanding quite a bit so maybe we will see one in the near future, or maybe it just is not displayed on the page.
