lmao... I will try to give you some help.
pluged hole right be side my inter cooler pipeing it has pressure
Your bov has to be on your intercooler piping  You must have an appropriate flange to mount the hks bov...
That metal hose at the top back of the hks, run a vacuum line from that to a port on your throttle body. The base goes into the flange with an o-ring on the bottom and a clip to hold in place. I really don't see how could of installed it wrong... if it is blowing air it is done correctly. Rev the engine with your hand in front of the bov (if you have a recirculation tube take it off) it should blow a lot of air. |

I know on my b.o.v there was different settings (screw to adjust), Maybe lower the spring tension so there is enough pressure to open it,

The SSQV doesn't need adjustment. It's a push-pull type valve.

as long as it is in your IC, or you stock BPV, or BOV location you should have enough pressure to Blow Off. How much boost are u running? if it sounds weak maybe u aren't running enough boost. i know mine at 7psi was pretty quite but at 20psi it just screams!

DONT touch that bolt at the back... It will crack the diaphragm=bov junk. The hks is actually quite loud even without boost (rev'ing in neutral with the hood up you can hear it quite well). I'm running 13psi, recirculated and it can still be heard inside the cabin.
