Event Info: It's time to get the 2008 autoslalom season officially under way. The Alberta Solo Association is hosting Event #1 of the 2008 schedule place at Griesbach, May 10. This will be a competitive timed event and drivers will get four official timed runs. If you are interested in running in the ASA Novice or Club Championship come on out to find out more details. Fun runs will be available if time permits.

When: Saturday, May 10 @ 8:30am.
Registration/Tech opens at 8:30 and closes at 9:45 sharp.
Driver's meeting 10:15
First car out around 11 AM.
Where: Griesbach Parade Square located between 144-145 Ave NW, and 110-112 St NW. Look up "Griesbach Edmonton" on Google maps and you will see the lot.

Cost: $15 for ASA or ASN affiliated members, $25 for non-members.

Other Requirements: You need to supply your own mechanically sound car for the driving session. Helmets are required, but for drivers who don't have their own, club helmets are available for loan. Helmets can be open or closed face and need to be Snell approved. Certification of Snell 2000 or newer required and of type M,SA, or K. |

This will be a competitive timed event and drivers will get four official timed runs. If you are interested in running in the ASA Club or Rookie championship sponsored by Talon Tire come on out for more details. Fun runs will be available if time permits after everyone has had their official timed runs.

2008 Challenge Cup - Edmonton, Griesbach - Sat, 07-Jun

Event Info: Get your team of four drivers together to compete for prizes and bragging rights in the 2008 Challenge Cup. The Alberta Solo Association is hosting the event at Griesbach, June 7th. The format of this autoslalom event is special, as teams of four drivers take their best runs of the day (four runs per driver) for an aggregate team time. Teams may register for Best Raw time, or Best PAX time competition.
When: Saturday, June 7 @ 8:15am.
Registration/Tech opens at 8:15 and closes at 9:30 sharp.
