going for drives, being around other people, general distractions don't solve problems.
solutions solve problems....time alone and/or a night's sleep then tackle it again in the morning
but if it's something I don't want to think about (parent's just being bitchy)....coming online helps |

sometimes I drive.. but i end up speeding and then have to stop myself :)
alot of the time ill just put some relaxing trance on, play it thru my headphones and nap on my comfy couch... haha soudns funny but it works well
