i love the blacked out look but IMO it looks cooler on the 06+ bixenon's.
a guy on my350z.com has done some amazing work with the HL of 350z's, i posted a link below. (this is prob not news to you if you frequent my350z.com, but for others it gives some really cool ideas)
i think the blacked out bixenons with a led mod may be on my list down the road but for now i wait.

with the combination of halos and LED's they can do almost anything, and it seems the 06+ 350z lights have alot of components that can easily be modified to make a very cool look.
my fav is the white halo, and the red projector glow.
