I was just wondering if there was a time limit in which you have to register a new dog/cat ect..
I heard a rumor that you had a certain amount of time, but I can't find anything about it. |

That doesn't sound right to me. (and I'm a dog owner)
It makes no sense that a < 1 yr old puppy could be allowed to run around unlicensed. |
