Gaming Headset - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hijacker
i need a best bang for my $$ head set, i don't wanna spend $200 for a head set, even though i might have to.

Ive bought a few in the past month, but it doesn't seem like the microphone is long enough. people can't seem to hear me good, and iam sure my deep voice doesn't help.

any recommendations on a Gaming head set?

I found the best quality and clearest mic was my soundbeam mic that came with my motherboard i got a while back, it sits on my monitor, has to mics, and is crystal clear and doesnt pick up any interference from my speakers its rather amazing.

I've used a Plantronic for years now. Here is a similar/updated model.

But you can never go wrong with Logitech.

If you want a nice headset, my zalman 6 speaker one is really nice... surround sound is killer, and then just use a sperate mic

JeepGirl
Logitech USB desktop mic

I paid $50 for mine 3 years ago and it's still works like new, never get the cords tangled, great sounding mic. They are now going for $30.

For headphones I use a set of Sennheiser HD 477's $100, received as an xmas gift

My next headset will be the Logitech ClearChat wireless heaset. $100.
