Thanks. With street tires 12.7. I am hoping to get <12.5 with some Drag Radials I have to really ease into the throttle on street tires I hope to at least launch it with Drag radials.

Still stock block only running 6.8psi I cant find my dyno sheet (I never got a print out they emailed it too me) it put down about 375whp @ subracing with the corrected number around 400whp. It litterally drives like stock but with more power and full boost by 2200rpm. I am not sure if I am going to run more boost 9-10psi or not this year it drives so good I dont want to screw with it and sooner or later you have to say enough is enough.

Yea i hear ya.. Find the happy medium and call it a day..

What are you running for engine management? Im assuming Lightspeed tuned your car? Your happy with the tune?

Sylvan Lake V35
The Jim Wolf kit comes with a Split Second box and the Tune is perfect it drives like it was done at the factory you really need to come for a ride to believe how flawless it drives. If I decide to run more boost I will likely get a Haltec stand alone EMS it has a few options that I would like to have Launch control, flat shift as well as the boost control and options to control Nitrous and Meth injection and Lightspeed did all of the work and I am very happy it.

Driven
Great car.. love the wheels.. good numbers too.. are we gonna see it in edmonton in the summer at all?

Sylvan Lake V35
I plan on coming to a few UC meets and I go to the track on occasion. I might put the car in the Powerrama show next weekend.

SUPRAMAN
The HRE's look killer. I think I meeted u last year ( Green supra) Hope to see u at the track this year.
I got some 295/35R18 Drag Radials, but they don't fit right now.

Ya I talked with you the one night I think we both had crap times that night. Should hook nice with 295DRs I am looking for a set of 265/275 18"DRs to get a little more stick I hope I dont break axles though. Or I might get some 305/30 19" street tires I am not sure which way to go live with what I have for the street and stick good at the track or stick decent all a round. I have a hell of a time on the street right now I am spinning into 3rd gear and from a roll they break loose in second:( . I suppose there is worse problems a guy could have:D .

Sylvan Lake V35
The car will be at powerramma this weekend if anyone wants to check it out. I should be there most of the weekend stop by and say hi.

EK9Hatch
Looks awesome man  I personally liked the Volks better...find they looked more aggressive. But hey, you get bonus points for having HRE's:p

The wheels are color matched to my car pictures on page 1&2 and if you read a few posts up I mention they were green when I bought them and I put them on to take a few pictures to see how it looked.

yup, i know exactly what u are talking about. i read the whole thread. i know yer intent was just to see how it looks. i'm just saying...

Quy
and if u would've kept the green rims, i know i wouldn't call it rice, regardless of brand name. i don't care what is and isn't rice.

Sylvan Lake V35
Personally if I would have kept them green I personally wouldnt call it rice I would just say the rim color doesnt suit the car or even go as far to say the wheel color ruins the look of the car... but each to his own and your right some may think it would be ricy.

yeah, i know exactly what u mean. i can care less on how ppl mod their cars. rice or not.

yer car is pretty damn hot tho. always was a huge fan of the g35. sexiest coupe out there. my best friend had a coupe a couple years back. he would always let me take it out when i went on dates. the girls loved it! :P

You should have also considered finishing your lips in gold to match the Brembo calipers. Or better yet, gone all out and busted out some gold barrels!

The owner took some regular 3 piece iForged Daytonas and had the entire barrels painted gold, then had the centers painted gloss black. iForges are good shit, I would say they are on the same level as HRE's.

EK9Hatch
Iforged and HRE are both top notch wheels

Psi
Those I-forged look killer.

JoshP2002
I saw your car at Powerrama today, it looked REALLY good. Your engine bay is super clean.

Dan_s_young
Great stuff. For interest sake do you know Dave the nissan university training instructor. Just wondering because he was telling us about a badass G35 and yours seems to fit the description. Awesome lineup with the Nissan's!

If I end up going to powerama tomorrow I will hunt it out and take a better look, looks stunning in your pictures.

Psi
So Gord...
How are you planning to get your car home now??

Real funny Shawn. I had to leave the car in Edmonton I did plow the streets on way to the spot I am storing at now I just hope I can get it home in the next week.

Thanks for the complements guys. I took 3rd place in the Sport Compact Street class, The blue TT that was on one side of me took 1st and the Black Scion XB on the other side of me took 2nd.

Dan sorry I do not know Dave.

As far as I forged go they are similar appearing to HRE but they weigh about 3-4lbs per rim more than HRE wheels do and are much cheaper to purchase. As far as matching wheels to the color of your brakes:dunno: it would clash with the rest of my car.

EDISKRAD EHT
I think the car looked better with the Volks, but the car is stunning regardless.

Drave
Very clean. I like.

Psi
Any luck getting the car home Gord?

Sylvan Lake V35
Finally got it home today.

Psi
Good to hear, that was some horrible luck with the snow.
But hey at least you got a 3rd place out of the trip down:thumbup:
